The European Copyright & Digital Law Review (ECDLR) is an independent multilingual legal publication dedicated to copyright, digital law, artificial intelligence, platform regulation, data law and related fields of European and comparative law.
ECDLR brings together current legal developments, analytical commentary and scholarly articles in a single publication platform. Its aim is to connect rigorous academic analysis with the legal questions faced by courts, policymakers, creators, technology companies and legal practitioners.
Mission
ECDLR seeks to provide clear, rigorous and accessible legal analysis on rapidly developing areas of copyright and digital regulation.
